If there is an error with your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours, and we will do our best to make it right. Please describe the issue in detail and provide clear photographs.
All returns should be in their original package and in the same condition as it was received. If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged properly, this may affect your refund amount.
